Acrylic, Perspex & Plexiglas CNC Machining

Carville are a contract manufacturing company specialising in the manufacture of precision machined component parts in Perspex Acrylic, Rohm Plexiglas and other engineering grade plastics.

 

Experience
Carville first started to produce machined Perspex Acrylic and Plexiglas components in the 1930’s. With over 80 years of experience, Carville is a world leader in the heat treatment, precision machining and polishing of high accuracy component parts in acrylic and Plexiglas.

 

Facility
The Carville manufacturing facility is located in the south of the UK and was accredited with ISO9001 in 1992. The production facility is equipped with material heat treatment ovens and the latest range of CNC milling and CNC turning machines. This compliment of CNC milling and turning machines allows Carville to offer both conventional HSS and diamond machining (PCD) processes to achieve the level of precision machined Perspex Acrylic and Plexigals Acrylic component and parts required by our customers.

 

Carville Markets
Carville works within the medical, industrial and high end consumer markets. We offer our customers full manufacturing support from concept through to prototype and on to the final production quantities.

Carville supply precision machined acrylic components to customers in Europe, Asia and the USA. We export 60% of all components manufactured at our UK facility.

 

Carville’s Philosophy
Working with a global customer base, Carville understands the need for acrylic components to be produced correct to drawing and to be delivered when required by the end customer. Carville operates scheduled delivery agreements with a number of our larger customers. Scheduled delivery agreements allow finished goods to be held in stock at Carville and to be delivered to the end customer as and when required.

As a manufacturing service provider, Carville operate in a wide range of markets and are continually developing new manufacturing processes and techniques to meet the acrylic machining requirements of our customers.
