Scheduled Delivery Agreements
Carville produce machined Perspex acrylic and Plexiglas components for customers in the medical and specialist industrial markets. The part requirements of these customers vary from a few hundred components per year to ten’s of thousands of parts per year.
Carville understand that build plans can change and that demand for parts can vary. Succesful sales by Carville’s customers can result in sudden increases in demand and it is not always practical for these customers to wait for parts to be manufactured from start.
Carville have a numbers of customers in Europe, Asia and the USA who benefit from one of Carville’s scheduled delivery or framework agreements. Carville work closely with these customers to review their previous requirements and to forecast their future part demand.
The management of scheduled delivery and framework agreements allow Carville to manage both our work in progress (WIP) and finished goods in stock. These agreements allow Carville to deliver complex components and assemblies to our customers on a short lead time.
