Acrylic / Plexiglass continues to be a popular material to manufacture components for the fine writing market. Carville supply a number of leading brands in the market with unique, high quality components for fountain pens, roller balls and ball pens, using our wealth of experience in CNC turning and polishing. We can produce standard or bespoke threads and meet tight tolerances for assembling various precious or semi-precious material components such as bands, clips, jewels and stones.

Carville are experienced working with a range of acrylic materials and finishes and offer diffusion bonded stock options to create unique material and colour mixes. We also have dedicated semi-automated polishing equipment to provide a consistently high finish level. Carville also assemble pen kits, ink plunger and complete pen solutions for some of our clients.
